Peanut Butter and Banana Ice cream is a dairy-free dessert recipe that you can prepare for your family and friends anytime, and it would be loved by all!
You will be surprised to know that this ice cream recipe contains almost half the calories of a normal ice cream scoop.
The peanut butter acts as a flavoring agent of the ice cream, while the banana acts as the sugaring agent and the base of the ice cream.

✅ 4 large, ripe bananas ( Ripe = Natural sweetness)
✅ 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter -Creamy
✅ A dash of cinnamon
✅ salt to taste
✅ Roasted peanuts for topping
1. Peel & Cut the bananas into small chunks and freeze until solid, at least 2- 3 hours.
2. Transfer the bananas to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. This will take a few minutes and may require periodic pauses and adjustments. Within a few minutes, you should be seeing a thick, creamy ice-creamy mixture in the blender.
3. Add the peanut butter, cinnamon, sea salt. Pulse the blender quickly to stir the ingredients all together and when everything is mixed,
4. Serve immediately for soft-serve ice-cream consistency. Top with additional peanut butter and crushed roasted peanuts.
*If you prefer harder ice-cream, place the mix in the freezer for a few hours and then serve.
