Puffed Rice Peanut Butter Balls

Sometimes you just need something quick & easy for a grab-and-go snack... below is a Healthy recipe that you can try😋
These puffed rice balls are a good snack for kids to munch or an in-between meals snack, as it provides the instant energy required for an active lifestyle.
Kids love this puffed rice balls as it is combined with one of their favorite ingredient: peanut butter😍.

1. Puffed rice (murmura) - 1 cup
2. Honey or Date Syrup* - 1/4 cup
3. All Over Nuts - Natural Peanut butter ** - 1/2 cup
4. Dry Ginger Powder - 1/8 Tsp
5. Raisins (kismish) - 2 tbsp
6. A pinch of salt.
* Vegans may use Date syrup
**You may also use "All Over Nuts" Dark chocolate Peanut Butter

1 In a bowl take honey or Date Syrup, Dry ginger powder, Salt and Peanut butter. Mix well.
2 Add puffed rice and raisins (kismish), combine it well so that it is properly coated with peanut butter.
3 The mixture is ready to shape. Take a portion of this mix, press between palm and make small balls.
4 Repeat above step and make balls until the mix is used.
5 place the balls in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to set.
6 Your puffed rice peanut butter balls are ready.
Peanut butter has protein as well as potassium — which lowers the risk of high blood pressure, stroke and heart disease. It also contains fiber for your bowel health, healthy fats, magnesium to fortify your bones and muscles, Vitamin E and antioxidants.

Combining peanut butter with honey or Dates syrup makes it healthy and tasty😋👍
